Program Structure

The Nursery Class program at Coast Guard Kindergarten is designed to provide a well-rounded and enriching experience for young learners. Our daily schedule includes a variety of activities, such as:

Circle time: Group activities such as songs, rhymes, stories, and discussions promote language development, social interaction, and a sense of community.
Learning centers: Children engage in hands-on exploration and play in various learning centers, including literacy, math, science, art, sensory, and dramatic play areas.
Structured lessons: Teacher-led instruction and guided activities provide opportunities for children to learn and practice important skills and concepts in a supportive and interactive environment.
Outdoor play: Daily outdoor play sessions promote physical health, gross motor development, and appreciation for the natural world.

NURSERY(3-4)years

The Nursery Class at Coast Guard Kindergarten is designed to provide a stimulating and supportive learning environment for children aged 3 to 4 years. Through a blend of play-based activities, hands-on experiences, and structured learning opportunities, we aim to promote the holistic development of each child while preparing them for the transition to formal schooling.

Parent Involvement

We believe that parents play a crucial role in their child's education and development. Parents are encouraged to participate in school activities, volunteer opportunities, and parent-teacher communication to support their child's learning and growth.

PHILOSOPHY

At Coast Guard Kindergarten, we believe that children learn best when they are actively engaged in meaningful experiences that are developmentally appropriate and aligned with their interests and abilities. Our Nursery Class program is grounded in the philosophy that early childhood education should be child-centered, play-based, and focused on nurturing the whole child – academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.
